Direct Care Staff (DSPs)
Openings available for full or part time afternoon and overnight shifts
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with daily living skills
- Facilitation/assisting with fun and functional activities
- Encouraging residents to reach their full potential
- Implementing and documenting activities that enable the spiritual, emotional. behavioral and physical development of the residents.
- Documenting on an electronic data system
- Engaging in conversations with the residents
- Communicating with various members of the team
